Heiraten, ugh.
...My dress was a classic style by Oleg Cassini made from matte white satin, with an A-line skirt, sweetheart neckline and short cap sleeves. My necklace was a single strand of pearls and I also wore diamond earrings. The fitted bodice was adorned with clear sequins, pearls and petite bugle beads for just the right amount of sparkle. I wanted that extra dazzle. The trane (sie meint train, das heisst Schleppe, aber da dachte sie sicher, das kann nicht sein, dass das Puffbahn heisst und gleichzeitig sowas Feines wie Schleppe) is what sold me on the dress. It had a semi-cathedral tulle inset trane with the same sequins and pearls from the bodice. The back of the dress had a row of satin bridal buttons ( Brautknoepfe! Wofuer sind die denn?) . It had one bustle (?) and it really looked fabulous when it was bustled for the reception. I wore a fingertip two-tiered veil with thin white satin piping around the edges... Hier der Bericht vom ganz grossen Tag. ...The DJ prompted him to sashe (wahrscheinlich sashay) around me and take off my garter (Strumpfband) with his teeth...
